Danielle Parisi, Ph.D.

Danielle Parisi, Ph.D. is a Research Scientist with Amplify, an educational technology company. She is a school psychologist whose work emphasizes prevention and early intervention for improving academic and social outcomes for students. She conducts research and provides professional development in the areas of Response to Intervention/Multi-tiered Systems of support, evidence-based instructional practices, screening and progress monitoring assessment, and data-based decision making. Prior to her current position, she was an Assistant Professor in Special Education at Montclair State University.

Whitcomb
Sara Whitcomb, Ph.D.

Sara Whitcomb, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor and Program Director of the School Psychology program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She graduated from the University of Oregon in 2009 and worked as a teacher in K-8 classrooms prior to that. Sara’s current research is related to the integration of prevention efforts, such as social-emotional learning and positive behavioral supports. She has developed a number of assessment tools that target student social-emotional skill development and she is also co-author of a text, Behavioral, Social, and Emotional Assessment of Children and Adolescents, 4th Edition. Sara teaches courses pertaining to behavioral assessment, consultation, and developmental psychopathology.
